Rice and Veggie Delight

I eat this snack throughout the day to curb my sweet tooth.

Ingredients
 1/2 cups frozen peas
   2 cups frozen broccoli
 1/4  tsp.  cinnamon (optional)
    1 tsp. Creole Seasonings
 1/2 cup   Uncle Ben’s Rice (Brown or White)
    1 cups Water
    1 tbsp. Extra Light Virgin Olive Oil
 1/4 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Directions
Pour rice, water, frozen peas and broccoli into a saucepan. Add cinnamon, Creole Seasonings, and olive oil. Stir and bring to a boil. Allow to slimmer until water is absorbed. Mix in cheese.
Enjoy and Eat.
