Imperfect Chef

Oatmeal Energy

I use this OE recipe on days I skip lunch. It’s a breakfast meal that helps me to stay full until my early dinner. I have a small snack in between breakfast and dinner.

What You Need

  3/4 cups Oatmeal Quaker Oats
11/2 cups Whole Milk
  1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tbsp. Peanut Butter
     1 small banana 
     1 tbsp. Raisin 

Pour the oatmeal and milk in a saucepan. Add cinnamon. Follow instructions on oatmeal container. Add peanut butter to the bowl. Add cooked oatmeal to peanut butter bowl. Add sliced banana and raisin.
